Have you ever wondered what style of lash extensions will work best with your eye set?

Eyes are completely unique in size, shape, depth, and color. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to the style of lash application. The type of application will depend on the shape of your natural eye. Each set of lash extensions should be customized to the individual for the most flattering look. Let’s take a moment to cover the most common eye-set types:

Almond Eyes

Almond Eyes

When you can see a pointed shape towards the outer edge of the eye, you have almond-shaped eyes. The cat eye, kitten, natural, squirrel or longer lashes in the center looks great.

Close-Set Eyes

Close-Set Eyes

If you have close-set eyes, the eyes are set close to each other. This shape looks best with the longer extensions placed at the outer eye for a cat eye effect.

Downturned/Upturned Eyes

Downturned/Upturned Eyes

The downturned eye shape bends down towards the edge of the eye while the upturned eye is turned up towards the edge of the eye. Look best with the longest lashes in the center to ¾ of the way on the outer (open eye, cat eye and natural).

Wide-Set Eyes

Wide-Set Eyes

Wide set eyes are more than one eyeball width apart. Look great with baby doll effect.

Round Eyes

Round Eyes

You have round or prominent eyes when you have a crease beneath your eye that stands out. Typically look best with the longer extensions placed at the outer eye for a cat-eye effect.

Monolid Eyes

Monolid Eyes

If you are mono-lidded, you need to add a crease to the eye as it does not inherently have a crease. Cat Eye with length. J curl at the outer and curlier lash CC or D in the center for balance.
